Please join us for an evening of high level discourse, as we bring together a panel of experts from Sandler O’Neill + Partners, Dyal Capital and the Carlyle Group to discuss the strategy and mechanics of past deals as well as the industry dynamics spurring more firms to examine merger partners and strategic investors.
